Summary: The works of the Swiss artist Lorenz Olivier Schmid address change processes in nature. He photographs plants and berries pressed to a few milimeters under a microscope and the dusty prints of plant preparations on glass which are barely visible to the naked eye. The results are precise, seemingly abstract images which document transience in nature.
